Eco-Chic Self Serve

  • Drop Off Catering with china plates and silverware.
  • Servers are not provided to clear the plates or refill the buffet. 
  • Our staff will set up the buffet and they will return later to pick up our equipment. 
  • Black linen tablecloths are provided for the buffet tables.
  • Crates and bus pans will be provided with signage for your guests to place their plates and cutlery in the appropriate container when they have finished dining. 
  • Fees will be charged for missing or broken plates and cutlery. 
  • Order 1 chafing dish for each hot food item ordered: potatoes, vegetables, entrees, gravy
  • All food is presented in durable and reusable bowls and trays, which not only enhance the visual appeal but also significantly reduce single-use packaging waste.
